Smashed Potatoe Soup

1/2 cup Celery (coursley, chopped)
1/2 cup Carrot (chopped)
1 lb Potatoe (refrigerated, mashed)
14.5 oz Chicken Broth (canned)
1/2 cup Milk (whole)
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 tsp Salt (Kosher)
15 oz New Potatoes (canned)
6 grinds Black Pepper (whole, ground)
1/2 cup Source Cream
4 oz Bacon (crumbled)
4 oz Cheddar Cheese (shredded)


Put everything in pot except green onions, cheese, and bacon

Top with sliced green onions, cheese, bacon
