Almond Cranberry Salad

Inspired by:

5 oz Salad Greens (Small container of baby spring mix)
1 cup almonds (chopped, roasted)
4 oz Craisins
1/2 cup goat cheese (crumbled)
5 tbsp orange juice
4 tsp honey
3 1/2 champagne vinegar
1 tsbp canola oil
1/2 tsp mustard (dijon)
1/8 tsp salt (kosher)
4 grinds black pepper


Place greens in large sauce bowl

Sprinkle chopped almonds.

Arrange oranges on greens.

Sprinkle with craisins & goat cheese.

For dressing: whisk together until ingredients dissolved and dressing emulsified.
