White Chicken Chili

chx chili, the easy chili

1 Large Jar Randall Pinto Beans (rinsed and drained)
1 Large Jar Randall Northern Beans (rinsed and drained)
2 - 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cooked and shredded)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 - 2 habanero peppers (seeded, minced)
1 large can refried beans
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil
1 - 2 cups chicken broth


add 1 - 2 tbsp olive oil in a pot over med heat

Cook onion until it begins to soften

Add garlic and habanero peppers, stirring frequently

Once garlic is fragrant, add beans

Stir in cooked chicken

Add 1 of broth along with refried beans, adding second cup as necessary until you reach the desired consistency.

Salt and pepper to taste
