Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

1 cup parmesan (grated)
1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts (halved)
4 grinds black pepper
1/2 tsp salt (kosher)


Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Brush olive oil on parchment paper.

Sprinkle parmesan evenly on parchment paper. Salt and pepper cheese. Place sprouts cut side down. Salt Sprouts.

Bake 15-20 minutes.

Let sit 2 minutes before removing from parchment paper.
